Refund/Return Policy
Our products are perishable, so we encourage you to inspect them at the time of delivery. If you find any damage or are unsatisfied, you can return the items immediately
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
REFUND POLICY:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received. Refunds will be issued exclusively through the original payment method.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE:
We proudly offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, simply contact us via phone or email at the time of delivery, and we’ll take care of it. Please note that the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
CANCELLATION BY SITE:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or product details, payment authorization issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Once the product is approved and confirmed by you, the order can no longer be cancelled, and you will be charged full fees.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
